Yogalates is a 90 minute workout blend that will give you the body shape you have always wanted! The Pilates elements will give you strength and muscle definition, while the yoga elements will offer flexibility, relaxation and meditation.

Challenge yourself with this diverse 60 minute conditioning class! Get fit with plyometric & speed drills, relay races, calisthenics and core strengthening. Mix up your boring workout routine with a class that is sure to give you a cardio workout like no other!

NEW in August: Boot Camp Blast Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00 PM!
All your favorite boot camp drills condensed into one high intensity, 30 minute class! This class consists of short distance running, plyometrics, agility, and strengthening drills.

Wake Up and Shape Up: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 AM
Boot Camp: Wednesdays and Fridays at 5 PM, and Saturdays at 10 AM
